transfers went fine

This is what transfer day looks like in the mission home. There are constant incomings and outgoings of hungry missionaries.

In case you are wondering - all the missionaries made it to their new areas just fine.

So many missionaries are driving and flying on transfer day that I can't relax until everyone is settled. Can you imagine the logistics of getting missionaries moved around the West Indies every six weeks? There are multiple airport runs, mountains of luggage to squeeze in cars, drives across countries and add to that the fact that no missionary should spend time alone. It gets crazy but the couples, assistants, and zone leaders work so hard that everything (except for an occasional grouchy customs agent who decides she doesn't want missionaries in her country) turns out perfectly.
