First of all, you become a WIRM (worm).
That stands for West Indies Returned Missionary - a special title for the best RMs in the world!
Then you get to work on the rest of your life, including, finding your new companion. Some of the WIRMs have sent President Robison fun weekly reports just like the ones they sent during their missions, such as this (first number is goal, second is actual):

Today we attended Chris Danzell's wedding here in Trinidad. He and Akeisha Byng, his wife, are members of the Port of Spain brnach. Chris was a great West Indies Missionary (served as an assistant) and is now a counselor in the Trinidad District Presidency. Here he is:

The amazing thing about this wedding is that the bride's mother, Sister Byng, sewed all the clothes for the wedding. And by this, I don't mean just the dresses. She made the all the MEN'S SUITS, SHIRTS, TIES, as well as all the dresses! She used to have a business sewing costumes for carnival - and she is amazing!
